Collaborate closely with teams and leadership, advising on best communication practices to ensure on-brand, clear, and concise messaging that enhances stories. This includes working with creative teams for visual assets to accompany and enrich stories. I also simplify complex and technical details into understandable, engaging, and relatable messages.

Copywriting
From the intranet to email to events, I strategically write to not only inform an audience, but encourage them to engage, connect, and act. Writing for a discerning audience whose attention must be earned, the busy worker, they deserve an easy-to-digest message that quickly answers ye olde question, “What’s in it for me” while gaining their trust. 

Editing and writer’s guides
As an editor, I take pride in ensuring concise and engaging content before it goes live. I also enjoy supporting my colleagues by making the writing process as smooth as possible. To assist them in embracing a new narrative direction, I created an editorial and strategic storytelling guide filled with tips and real-life examples specific to each industry we cover.
